There is something satisfying about turning a thin pancake in one piece. This 25 cm pan has a rim just 1.5 cm high, giving your spatula easy access underneath. Make sweet pancakes for breakfast or fill them with something savoury for dinner; the flat shape works for both.
The forged aluminium Fashion by Berlinger Haus pancake pan has a TitanPro non-stick coating to help the pancake release. It can also be used on induction, so your familiar pancake recipe can come to that hob too. Choose a wooden or silicone spatula to treat the coating gently.
The only genuinely nervous part of making pancakes is the turn. If the pan has high sides, the spatula catches on them, the batter creases, and by the second one you have given up on a neat shape. This 25 cm pancake pan is flat so that the movement works: the cooking surface measures Ø25 × 1.5 cm, which means the spatula has nothing to climb over.

A frying pan gets high sides so juices stay in. For pancake batter that is a drawback: the steeper the wall, the thicker the edge of the pancake becomes and the harder it is to reach underneath. On this pan the wall barely rises, the surface stays in one piece, and the batter runs out on its own from the centre to the rim.
A 25 cm diameter is the size of the classic pancake folded onto a plate. It is wide enough for the batter to spread thinly, and still easy to handle when you are making ten of them one after another.

The Fashion by Berlinger Haus kitchen line is matt in finish and minimalist in shape, and on a flat pan that shows especially clearly, because there is nothing to hide behind. The body is forged aluminium and the handle continues the same line where the cooking surface ends.
The handle is 20 cm, ergonomic and soft to the touch, and it stays cool while you cook. When making pancakes that matters, because you lift and tilt the pan repeatedly to let the batter run around it.
A TitanPro non-stick coating went onto the cooking surface: the brand's own hard-wearing coating. With pancakes the visible benefit is that the edge of the batter does not catch, and you do not have to trickle oil under the spatula to get the pancake off in one piece.

The low rim and the non-stick surface together are what let you flip the pancake in the air with a flick of the wrist rather than lifting it with a spatula. If that is not your thing, the flat shape still helps: you can reach underneath from any side.

With pancakes you see uneven heat immediately: the middle goes dark brown while the edge is still pale. The pan is built with a turbo induction base, engineered for even heat distribution, so the pancake takes on an even colour.
It works on five hob types: induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen. If you have made your usual pancake recipe on gas until now, the same pan starts up on an induction hob too.

The crêpe pan is easy to clean. After pancakes that usually means exactly one wipe with warm water, because dried batter does not bind into the surface.

The crêpe pan body is forged aluminium, with a TitanPro coating on the cooking surface.
At a weekend breakfast this pan is the centre of the kitchen. A bowl of batter, a ladle, and the family comes for a plate one at a time while the next one cooks.
At dinner the same flat shape takes savoury fillings. Ham and cheese pancakes, a spinach filling or a thin omelette work on it just as well as the sweet version.
The pancake pan belongs to a whole kitchen line. The same matt finish and the same handle shape come back on the frying pans and the saucepans, so the pieces look ordered side by side.

Who is the 25 cm pancake pan a good choice for?
Anyone who makes classic pancakes to fold or roll onto a plate and wants the batter to turn over in one piece. It also suits a smaller kitchen, because it takes up less room on the hob. If you specifically want larger pancakes with generous fillings, look at the 28 cm size.
The cooking surface is 25 cm across and 1.5 cm deep, and the handle is 20 cm long. That is the size of a classic pancake folded onto a plate: wide enough for the batter to spread thin, and still comfortable when you cook ten in a row.
So that you can get the spatula under the batter from any direction. A steep wall thickens the edge of the pancake and catches the spatula; here the wall barely rises, so the pancake turns in one piece and you can flip it in the air.
Yes. It is built on a turbo induction base, and you can also use it on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. If you have been making your usual pancake recipe on gas, the same pan works on induction with the same movement.
No. The flat surface is just as good for a thin omelette, a tortilla or a savoury filled pancake: ham and cheese or spinach comes out as well as the cocoa version. It handles sweet and savoury fillings alike.
A wooden or silicone spatula. Metal tools cut into the TitanPro coating, and it is the state of that coating that decides whether the batter releases by itself. Treated this way the pan stays as it was when you bought it.
The body is forged aluminium with a TitanPro non-stick coating on the cooking surface. The finish is matt, and the handle is ergonomic, soft to the touch and designed to stay cool.
