Invoices and billing details

Your invoice uses the details entered with the order. For a company purchase, check them before submitting.

We issue electronic invoices. Once prepared, the document is accessible through the order notification and order page. Billing and delivery addresses can differ: make sure the billing section names the person or company making the purchase.

For a company purchase

  1. Enter the company’s exact name, billing address and requested tax number at checkout.
  2. Review the details before confirming. Automated checks do not replace checking that the name and address belong to the correct company.
  3. If an issued invoice contains an error, contact support with the order number and the detail that needs correcting.

Why can I not see my invoice yet?

It appears after it has been issued. If the order stage suggests it should be ready but you cannot find it, contact us with the order number.

Can an issued invoice be edited?

We do not directly overwrite an issued document. Any necessary correction is handled with the appropriate correction document.
