Payment methods
Card, digital wallet or cash on delivery: checkout shows the choices supported for your order.
Last updated: 17/09/2026
Stripe handles online payments. Checkout displays the methods supported for the order; the country, order amount and device can affect the choices. The complete total can be checked before submitting the order.
Which options may appear?
- Online card payment through Stripe, with 3D Secure authentication. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your device and the checkout support them.
- Cash on delivery can be selected with eligible delivery methods. Checkout shows how payment can be made on receipt and any applicable fee.
- Gift cards and loyalty points can be used under the redemption conditions for the order.
What happens during online payment?
After the order is submitted, payment continues in the next step of the checkout, in the embedded payment fields. Your bank may ask for further confirmation through 3D Secure. The privacy notice explains how the information required for payment is handled.
Why do I not see every listed payment method?
Payment choices can differ between orders. Digital wallets may depend on the device and browser; cash on delivery depends on the delivery method and the order amount. The options shown at checkout are the ones you can select.
What should I do if payment was interrupted?
First check the order status and the information from your bank. A new payment can be started on the order page when the system offers that option. If the status is unclear, customer support can help with the order number.
