Track a refund
Sending a return, starting a refund and receiving a bank credit are separate steps. Follow each to locate your money.

Keep proof of return postage and the messages about your case. After the refund notification, check the account or card used for payment. Bank processing means the credit may not appear at exactly the same time as the notification.
Where to look
- For card or other online payment, check transactions for the original payment method. The notified amount and date help identify the credit.
- For payment-on-delivery orders, we arrange the details needed for a bank refund. Provide them through the channel requested during the case.
- If you cannot find the credit, contact us with the order number and the refund-notification date.
When can the refund start?
The withdrawal notice explains the deadline. Where legally allowed, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or proof of sending them back has arrived.
What about an amount paid by gift card?
Refunds follow the payment method used. Check the gift-card balance and case confirmation for the part originally paid from that card.
