Search near your address, check opening hours and choose a location that fits your daily route.

Collection is convenient when the location fits your routine. Checkout lists the points for your selected delivery service. Use the map to look around or the list to compare addresses. The list remains usable if the map does not load.

Choose your collection location

  1. Select collection-point or locker delivery, then search by postcode, town or address.
  2. Open a suitable location and check its full address, opening hours and displayed details. Select that point for your order.
  3. Keep the carrier’s collection notification. Use its collection code and collect before the deadline it gives.

Are all lockers accessible all day?

Access can depend on the site. For a shopping centre or enclosed area, check the surrounding premises’ opening hours too.

What if I cannot collect in time?

Check the carrier notification for an extension option. If you need help, contact us with the order number and parcel details.
