# Returning an item, step by step

If you change your mind, start a return with your order details. Our voluntary return period is 30 days in total from receipt, subject to its conditions. It does not add to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period or reduce your legal rights. The withdrawal notice explains deadlines and exceptions.

## From request to posting

1. Open the order in your account and start a return. For a guest order, contact support with the order number and item name.
2. Gather the product and its accessories. Pack them so they cannot move around or become damaged in transit.
3. We provide a free return label; follow the instructions you receive and keep proof of posting.

### Can I choose a different colour instead?

We handle the return and the new purchase separately. Identify the item you are returning and select the new colour in a separate order.

### Can I return an opened package?

Opening the outer box does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Handling beyond necessary inspection can cause diminished value, and some opened hygiene-sealed goods can be exempt. See the withdrawal notice for details.
