Order confirmation means we have received your order. Dispatch notification tells you when the parcel moved on, while the carrier’s tracking shows delivery progress. Start with the estimate shown for your order: processing and transport are separate stages.

## While waiting for your parcel

1. Open the order-status page from your confirmation. Check that payment is complete and see the order’s current stage.
2. If dispatch notification has arrived, open its carrier-tracking link for new transport events.
3. If the estimated time has passed or the status is unclear, contact us with your order number. Include the latest tracking event if possible.

### Why does the carrier not recognise my parcel yet?

A tracking number may exist before the first carrier scan. Check again later; if the indicated time has passed without an update, we can help investigate.

### Does the order move on public holidays?

Working days affect warehouse processing and delivery. Plan around the estimate in your order and the carrier’s notification.
