Choose payment on delivery when checkout offers it for your basket and delivery method. The amount and any associated fee appear before you submit the order. Payment on delivery does not necessarily mean cash: the collection location and carrier determine what is accepted.

## Prepare for collection

1. Check the accepted payment shown in checkout. If it specifies card payment at collection, cash cannot replace it.
2. Review the total and collection location in your confirmation.
3. Check the carrier or collection-point notification for the code and collection deadline.

### Why can I not select payment on delivery?

Basket contents, value limits, country and delivery service can affect it. If it is not shown, choose another payment method offered for your order.
