Consumer protection: in Hungary the county or Budapest government office competent for the consumer's residence, for the seat the Zala Vármegyei Kormányhivatal Közlekedési, Műszaki Engedélyezési és Fogyasztóvédelmi Főosztály, Fogyasztóvédelmi Osztály, for the Budapest office the Budapest Főváros Kormányhivatala Fogyasztóvédelmi Főosztály, nationally the Nemzeti Kereskedelmi és Fogyasztóvédelmi Hatóság. Arbitration body for the seat: Győr-Moson-Sopron Vármegyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara által működtetett Békéltető Testület. Data protection: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság. ## 5. Point of contact for user content (DSA)

Communication is in Hungarian and English. A review or question believed to be unlawful can be reported there; section 14 of the terms and the review verification notice describe the procedure.

## 6. Code of conduct, licensed activity

The seller has not signed up to a code of conduct. The seller's activity is not subject to a licence.

## 7. Waste management

For the packaging used in delivery the seller meets its duties under the Hungarian extended producer responsibility system through the concession company (MOHU MOL Hulladékgazdálkodási Zrt.).
